Cousin Di is a great gardener, as we’ve told you. Here’s her number three great gardening tip, all the way from Lethbridge, AB:
“Experiment with different varieties, different locations to grow certain things. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I decided to plant tomatoes behind my house, south exposure plus the heat generated by the stucco on the building–too much heat it turns out, causing the tomatoes to split. Great location for cantaloupes though.”
Don’t be afraid to be rad. Radical, or radish…we’re not sure.
