Good Food Boxes.  Cardinal, Ontario’s Good Food Box program, sponsored by the  Salvation Army, costs only $20 for a banana box full of great, largely Ontario-grown fruits and veggies–with some Red House Honey thrown into the mix (by special order). Marcy heads up the program, in which all local residents are welcome to participate.
